Saving one life at a time – From Darkness to Light!
Our goal is to achieve sustainable development through the following programs:
- Literacy: Teaches adults to read, write and perform basic mathematics
- Basic Education: Offers a curriculum equivalent to sixth grade.
- Preschool: Offers a curriculum for three to six year old children.
- Nutrition: Provides information about nutrition as well as sustainable techniques to grow and prepare foods.
- Health and Disease Prevention: Targets what the UN and other international organizations consider to be the leading global health crises, such as HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria.
- Community Development: Targets issues such as empowerment of women, prisoner education and economic development.
- Micro-Credit: To give financial independence by teaching participants to save money and obtain loans to start home-based businesses.
- Protecting Our Environment: Offers a step by step guide to keeping a planet safe, healthy and green.
The programs listed above take place in churches, homes, community centers, schools, prisons, clinics. Basically any building that the community members are able to use for free.
Our approach focuses on the only sustainable solution rather than the immediate fix.
